Dopecast134

This week on the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast, the Dopefiend begins by talking about the social structure and etiquette of the Stoner Society and why Cannabis Commerce is mainly socially rather than financially driven, with reference to a UK study on youth Cannabis use and the story of Ganja Guru John Sinclair. In the emails, Ostritt tells of his recent "spiritual transition" and how Cannabis vapour helps him reach a meditative state, with agreement and elaboration from the Dopefiend related to last week's discussion of the value of mushrooms and the added question of whether past psychedelic experience makes it easier to reach a meditative state and the subject of whether Cannabis itself encourages the user to cease use or return to use depending on the user's need. After another email which tests the rules of the Dopefiend.co.uk Network regarding discussion of Mail Order Marijuana, the Dopefiend rubs his listeners' faces in it by relocating to the VaporLounge for some Jack Flash vapour and some chat about the incongruity of not being able to locate Cannabis even though it's remarkably common in most countries, followed by an email from Lime featuring a LSD + Nitrous Oxide trip report, a request for advice about the best Amsterdam coffeeshops, some support for the VaporGenie and some hate for the Ubie, and a home-made musical interlude. Back from the VaporLounge, the Dopefiend reads an email questioning the dangers of driving while high, then hits the Cannabis News starting with news of some over-zealous policing in otherwise Cannabis-liberal Seattle, the UK Member of Parliament who's caused a rift in the Liberal Democrat Party over whether Cannabis seeds should be made illegal in Britain, and Italy becomes the first European country to legalize Cannabis use for Rastafarians, much to Silvio Berlusconi's disgust. Dopecast133

This week on the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast, the Dopefiend talks about the benefits of magic mushrooms and psychedelic medicines in general, following the news that participants of a 2002 magic mushroom study are still feeling positive effects now, then describes a little synchronous occurence involving this week's sponsor Larz133, before talking about a comment made by the late George Carlin about his use of Cannabis, leading to a brief chat about the Dopefiend's favourite comedians. The Dopefiend then hits the emails, starting with a request for suggestions of the stealthiest and most cost-effective ways of consuming Cannabis without creating an odour, then a mention of a "green-friendly cleaning company" and over-dried bud and whether or not it could actually be vapo-poop, Mota Guy waxes lyrical about his new Silver Surfer, and ShellsBells explains why she's another satisfied Volcano user, prompting the Dopefiend to hit the VaporLounge and a bag of rich-flavoured Kahuna vapour before a custom musical interlude from listener The Soundscape Gardener. Back from the VaporLounge, the Dopefiend reads a long overdue account of our 100th Episode party in Amsterdam which begs the question of whether better quality herb is less likely to give you a whitey, followed by a story from Ronoc about how his parents have forced him to abandon his use of Cannabis, and how he's found it surprisingly easy, with the help of the "contact high" from the Dopefiend.co.uk Podcast Network, followed by a chat about whether use of Cannabis early in childhood can lead to substance abuse in later life. TimP the Pimp kicks off the Cannabis News with a story explaining why he supports Colorado Cannabis Crusader Mason Tvert's campaign to introduce Cannabis Lounges to airports, a new study shows that Cannabis in Holland hasn't increased in strength since 2004, and that British Cannabis has all but caught up to Amsterdam's finest in terms of strength and quality, and another blow struck for Medical Cannabis users in Europe.
